This the sound that greets me when I open the door into my garden in the early spring , it occurs around this time every year.....Its the chorus of the frogs.
Lovely video...it is strange that your pond being in the North is so much more advanced than mine in the South. My frogs have only just started croaking and we haven't got any spawn yet. One would think it would be the other way round, although, it has been such a cold winter this year which our soft southern frogs aren't used to. I expect they have only just recovered from the shock.
